fall photoshoot | howe farm park | port orchard, wa
November in the Pacific Northwest can be unpredictable, but this year, the weather gods smiled upon us for a stunning fall photoshoot at Howe Farm Park in Port Orchard, Washington. The air was crisp and the light was magical!
Gillian looked STUNNING with her gorgeous curly hair, and her outfit was KLP photoshoot perfection. She wore a flowing denim maxi skirt, a lace top, a rust orange jacket to stay warm, and cowboy boots that added a touch of rustic charm. I absolutely loved the colors of the outfit, especially the jacket that provided a pop of color against the backdrop.
Howe Farm Park in Port Orchard proved to be the perfect location for this shoot. The rustic farm setting, with its weathered barn, rolling hills, and picturesque fields, provided a stunning backdrop for our model. We walked all around the location, capturing the play of light and shadow as the sun filtered through the leaves.
Here are some tips for planning your own fall photoshoot:
Choose the right location: Look for locations with vibrant fall foliage, such as parks, forests, or orchards.
Plan your outfit: Choose colors that complement the autumnal palette, such as warm browns, oranges, reds, and yellows.
Consider the lighting: Golden hour, the hour before sunset, is a magical time for photoshoots.
Don’t be afraid to experiment: Try different poses and locations to capture the essence of the season.
Most importantly, have fun! Enjoy the process and embrace the beauty of the autumn season.
